About the Position
Are you passionate about technology and interested in building relationships with some of the world’s leading brands? The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst role leverages Hubspot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Navigator to engage clients and prospects with personalized B2B content. You're comfortable talking about sales automation and orchestration and with selling to companies. You will collaborate with the sales team to drive webinar registrations, white paper downloads, and offer clients and prospects the chance to meet industry experts to learn about cutting-edge market research methods. You will be responsible for optimizing our CRM systems and integrated dashboards to track results as we delight clients and prospects.

This role is offered remote or hybrid out of our Boston office &  reports to the VP, Growth Strategy and works closely with team members of both the business development and marketing teams.

About Your Background
You’ve worked hard to get to where you are, and now you’re looking to take your sales operations experience to the next level. Here’s what you’ll be doing and the qualifications we are looking for:

Responsibilities & Expectations 
Brand Growth Team 
  • Work closely with sales and marketing team to deliver monthly SQL targets   
  • Enable sales team to succeed at end-to-end lead conversion from MQL to opportunity  
  • Implement campaigns to engage clients and prospects with personalized B2B content  
  • Drive webinar registrations, white paper downloads, and offer clients and prospects the chance to meet industry experts to learn about cutting edge market research methods 
  • Help build and optimize lead gen processes and best practices supporting strategic discussions related to the sales process and sales operations
  • Take advantage of leading sales technology, training, and development opportunities Build and optimize integrated dashboards to track results as we delight clients and prospects
  • Operate with high degree of ethics and professionalism, adhering to CMB- privacy and Security Policies 
Essential Duties 
  • Execute lead-gen specific email marketing, social media posts and webinar coordination​  
  • Orchestrating and integrating the CRM with our marketing automation technology stack 
  • Providing account and industry research to help Business Development, Practice Leaders and Account Executives to target ideal client profiles, preferably accounts that show specific intent to purchase our solutions 
  • Oversee prospect account mapping using LinkedIn Navigator and Demandbase​. Manage research content and historical data related to target accounts, markets and business-related information
  • Develop LinkedIn and email outreach plans for business development and AE/PLs​  
  • Work closely with marketing to build lead scoring/attribution​ and outreach automation based on website activity  
  • Integrate analytics across platforms to build sales and marketing scorecards  
  • Identify new ways to engage prospects and collaborate with the team to continually improve approaches and outcomes  
  • Create sales and marketing reporting including weekly sales summaries​ to track progress against goals  
  • Work with Salesforce.com admin and other technical resources to maintain and continuously improve systems​  
  • Take advantage of leading sales technology, training, and development opportunities  
Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance or related field  
  • Minimum 3 years of previous B2B sales operations experience  
  • Self-starter with strong project management and prioritization skills 
  • Experience with CRM reporting and dashboard development​ 
  • Strong analytical skills​ and high attention to detail 
  • Excellent written communication skills and comfort using GenAI to assist in customizing outreach 
  • Experience with B2B with account-based marketing and selling​ (ABM/ABS) 
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce required, experience with Hubspot preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Navigator and Demandbase preferred 
  • Ability to establish and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers 
  • Excellent at managing projects and priorities 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Sense of humor and self-awareness

The annual base salary range for this position is $69,000-$90,000 plus bonus, benefits, and an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). The base salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, expertise, skills, and employee's location.
